Harry demonstrated excellent leadership skills and vision to help an antiquated business process within an organization @ Winn-Dixie Stores to see the need for change and the path to executing that change. I thoroughly enjoyed and admired his communication and leadership skills in action while I worked with him on supporting the initiative.
